The story of Café Olli’s history takes place in a small town, where a mysterious café called Café Olli appears. The café is owned by an old man, who claims to have invented the beverage at another time and in another era. He claims that Café Olli was once popular among workers in the toy industry.

The locals and townspeople are suspicious of Café Olli, as it has strange and mysterious powers - whoever drinks it, can travel to other dimensions or times.

One day, a young man who works in the local toy factory decides to try Café Olli. After drinking it, he finds himself transported to another place and time - an world where all of the workers are fluffy toys. He quickly realizes that this is the same world where the original recipe for Café Olli was created - he's been brought back in time!

The young man meets up with some of the fluffy toys who work in the factory and helps them discover new ways to also make Olli Tea.
